Devolución transitoria. Cuando ocurra suspensión de labores, el representante legal o quien haga sus veces en la empresa de vigilancia privada, procederá a recoger los uniformes y distintivos que han sido suministrados en calidad de dotación al personal. El incumplimiento de esta disposición será causal de sanción a la compañía. CAPITULO XI Obligaciones generales.
