°. Excepciones al cumplimiento de la obligación. Los porcentajes mínimos de suelo que se destinarán al desarrollo de programas de vivienda de interés social o de interés prioritario, no serán exigibles cuando se trate de suelos destinados a usos industriales, dotacionales o institucionales o cuando los predios estén cobijados por un tratamiento distinto al tratamiento urbanístico de desarrollo. Esta excepción sólo será aplicable a aquellas áreas sobre las que se concreten tales usos.
