° Los telegramas que se introduzcan con el carácter de urgentes se trasmitirán inmediatamente que sean recibidos en las oficinas respectivas, para lo cual los Telegrafistas tienen facultad de interrumpir, con ese sólo fin, la comunicación que se esté efectuando entre otras oficinas. El valor del porte de un telegrama urgente, será el cuádruplo del ordinario.
