Artículo tercero. El Centro Andrés Bello se constituye bajo los auspicios y con el patrocinio de la Organización de los Estados Americanos (O. E. A.); la cual de conformidad con el artículo 9° del Acuerdo de Cooperación mencionado, prestará al Instituto Caro y Cuervo asistencia técnica y financiera, en la medida de sus posibilidades, para la realización de los objetivos previstos en el Acuerdo señaladamente para el funcionamiento del Centro.
