amends decreto 2700/91

El artículo 227 del Código de Procedimiento Penal quedará así:

Artículo 227. Principio de no agravación . Cuando se trate de sentencia condenatoria no se podrá agravar la pena impuesta, salvo que el Fiscal, el Ministerio Público o la parte civil, cuando tuvieren interés, la hubieren demandado.
