Art. 1818. La mujer que no quisiere tomar sobre sí la administración de la sociedad conyugal, ni someterse a la dirección de un curador, podrá pedir la separación de bienes; i en este caso se observarán las disposiciones del Título 9, Capítulo 3 libro primero, sustituyéndose la aprobación de la justicia a la del marido, en los casos en que allí se requiere esta última.
