Art. 1.° El Poder Ejecutivo comprara al respectivo dueño la quinta de "San Pedro Alejandrino" en que murió el Libertador Simón Bolívar; y le consagrará especial tención á fin de q u e ese lugar sea conservado y embellecido con todo el esplendor con que la República recuerda la memoria de aquel Grande hombre.
