° La Caja queda facultada para vender y otorgar títulos de propiedad sobre los terrenos baldíos que por reservas del Gobierno le habían sido adjudicadas al Instituto de Colonización, y sobre las reservas y adjudicaciones que en lo futuro haga el Gobierno a favor de la Caja. El producto neto de tales ventas será considerado como pago de capital del Gobierno Nacional a la Caja.
