° Los aspirantes a becas en el Exterior, para estudiar las especializaciones mencionadas, deberán presentar un trabajo original y que.se relacione con temas nacionales sobre la materia que escojan para especializarse, el que será calificado por una comisión de tres Profesores que nombrará el Jefe del Departamento de Extensión Cultural y Bellas Artes, de acuerdo con el Decano de la Escuela en que hayan hecho sus estudios universitarios.
