ARTICULO 181 . BONIFICACION MENSUAL Y PARTIDA DE ALIMENTACION. Los bachilleres que prestan el servicio militar obligatorio en el Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario, INPEC, tendrán derecho al pago de una partida mensual de alimentación por el tiempo que dure el curso respectivo. A los alumnos de la Escuela Penitenciaria Nacional en curso de formación, se les suministrará la alimentación por parte de ésta. Igualmente, tanto los alumnos de curso de formación como los bachilleres que prestan el servicio militar, tendrán derecho a una bonificación que será determinada por el Gobierno Nacional.
