-Pasados seis meses desde la fecha de este decreto, quedaran convertidas en licencias de 2ª. Categoría todas las expedidas hasta la fecha. Los poseedores de ellas que deseen ser catalogados como locutores de noticias o locutores de 1ª. Categoría, deberán presentar oportunamente los exámenes de que se trata en este Decreto y obtener la nueva licencia.
