Los empleados que tiene el deber de practicar las visitas ordinarias en las Oficinas de Correos y Telégrafos, son los que se expresan en seguida: en las oficinas subalternas, el Alcalde o el Prefecto, si lo hubiere; en las oficinas de Circunscripción, el Alcalde, el Prefecto o el Secretario de
