- Pronunciamiento de la Superintendencia sobre integraciones empresariales . Modificase el artículo 4 de la Ley 155 de 1959, el cual quedará así: " Artículo 4. La Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio deberá pronunciarse sobre la fusión, consolidación, integración y adquisición del control de empresas que conjuntamente atiendan el 25% o más del mercado respectivo o cuyos activos superen una suma equivalente a veinte mil (50.000) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes, en los casos exigidos por las normas sobre prácticas comerciales restrictivas. Además de las causales previstas en las normas vigentes, las operaciones deberán objetarse cuando sean el medio para obtener posición de dominio en el mercado."
