Durante la vigencia del contrato de edición, el editor tendrá derecho a exigir judicialmente el retiro de la circulación de los ejemplares de la misma obra editados fraudulentamente, sin perjuicio del derecho que tienen el autor y sus causahabientes para adelantar las mismas acciones, lo que podrán hacer conjuntamente con el editor o separadamente.
