°. La presentación para el pago al aceptante por honor debe ser hecha como sigue:

1° Si debe ser presentada en el lugar donde el protesto por no pago fue hecho, la presentación debe hacerse a más tardar al día siguiente a su vencimiento.

2° Si debe presentarse en lugar distinto de aquel en que fue protestada, entonces debe enviarse dentro del tiempo especificado en el artículo 106.
