Régimen de transición. Los diferentes agentes de la cadena de distribución de combustibles líquidos derivados del petróleo, que al entrar en vigencia el presente decreto se encuentren operando en una actividad distinta a la que le corresponde de acuerdo con esta reglamentación, deberán ajustarse a los requisitos y dar cumplimiento a las obligaciones previstas en esta, dentro de los términos aquí estipulados.
