º. Secretaría Ejecutiva. La Secretaría Ejecutiva será ejercida por el Director del ICFES o su delegado. Serán funciones del Secretario Ejecutivo

a)

Convocar las reuniones del Consejo;

b)

Asistir a las reuniones del Consejo;

c)

Levantar el acta de cada sesión y presentarla a consideración del Consejo;

d)

Custodiar las actas y acuerdos y dar fe de su autenticidad;

e)

Notificar o comunicar según el caso los acuerdos del Consejo;

f)

Cumplir y hacer cumplir los acuerdos expedidos por el Consejo;

g)

Preparar las reuniones del Consejo;

h)

Firmar los Acuerdos del Consejo;

i)

Firmar las certificaciones relacionadas con la inscripción profesional;

j)

Las demás que le compete realizar en desarrollo de sus funciones o que le sean asignadas por el Consejo.
