Las mercancías importadas a la Zona de Régimen Aduanero Especial en desarrollo de lo dispuesto en el presente decreto, podrán ser introducidas al resto del territorio aduanero nacional por el sistema de envíos o bajo la modalidad de viajeros, conforme se indica más adelante.
