Las autoridades civiles o militares que incurran en omisión o se extralimiten o cometan abuso en el cumplimiento de los deberes que les corresponden en el servicio de reclutamiento, sufrirán una multa de diez a cien pesos ($10 a $100), que les será impuesta por el respectivo superior y cuyo valor ingresará al fondo de defensa nacional.
