Solicitud de licencia de establecimiento del zoocriadero. Toda persona natural o jurídica o privada que pretenda establecer un zoocriadero, debe presentar a la entidad administradora del recurso, en cuya jurisdicción se encuentra el área en la cual establecerá el zoocriadero, una solicitud de licencia de establecimiento del zoocriadero en su etapa de experimentación. Surtida la etapa de experimentación, de acuerdo con sus resultados, podrá obtener la licencia para el funcionamiento del zoocriadero.
