º Los materiales de construcción que haya necesidad de importar para las habitaciones de los colonos en los centros de colonización subvencionados por el Gobierno Nacional, estarán libres de derechos de aduana y serán transportados gratuitamente en los ferrocarriles nacionales, previa aprobación de los respectivos pedidos por el Ministerio de Agricultura y Comercio.
