Registro sanitario automático. Los dispositivos médicos y equipos biomédicos que no sean de tecnología controlada de clases I y IIa, requieren para su producción, importación, exportación, procesamiento, envase, empaque, almacenamiento, expendio y comercialización de registro sanitario automático expedido por el Instituto Nacional de Vigilancia de Medicamentos y Alimentos, Invima, previo el cumplimiento de los requisitos señalados en el presente decreto.
