Pensión de invalidez para jóvenes. El afiliado que para la fecha de estructuración de su estado de invalidez tuviere menos de 27 años de edad, tendrá derecho al reconocimiento de la pensión de invalidez si acreditare que ha cotizado veintiséis (26) semanas o más en el año inmediatamente anterior a la fecha de estructuración del estado de invalidez.
