Los delegados del Gobierno Nacional, Departamental, Intendencial o Comisarial, encargados de supervigilar el normal desarrollo de las elecciones que deban desplazarse de su domicilio podrán votar en el lugar en que estén cumpliendo su misión en cualquier mesa presentando su cédula y la credencial que lo acredita como tal. Los jurados de votación harán constar en los registros donde se escriben los nombres de los votantes esa calidad.
