La Dirección General de Políticas Jurídicas y Desarrollo Legislativo del Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho hará el seguimiento de los efectos producidos por la aplicación de la presente Ley, y rendirá un informe sobre los efectos de la misma ante las Presidencias del Senado y de la Cámara de Representantes dentro de los dieciocho (18) meses siguientes a su vigencia. Igualmente, corresponde al Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho emprender dentro de los tres (3) meses siguientes a su promulgación, una campaña de difusión y pedagogía ciudadana.
