En la interpretación y aplicación del régimen. disciplinario establecido prevalecerán, en su orden, los principios rectores que determinan la Constitución Política y esta ley. Así mismo, en lo no previsto en esta ley, se aplicará lo dispuesto en los códigos: General Disciplinario, y en el Código General del Proceso.
