Art. 2.° Los fondos procedentes de la cuota indicada en el artículo anterior, quedan destinados al pago de los gastos que ocasionen la guarnicion nacional i la Instruccion pública en la Administracion principal de Hacienda nacional de la misma ciudad, a la cual enviará la Aduana el producto de dicho cuatro por ciento.
