º En la asamblea de trabajadores a que hace referencia el artículo 1o.del presente Decreto ningún trabajador podrá representar, en ningún caso, un número de unidades superior al diez por ciento(10%) de aquellas en las cuales se encuentre dividido el respectivo fondo de cesantía.
