Modifíquense el numeral 2 del artículo 2.22.1.1.4 del Decreto número 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: “2. Que se trate de bonos ordinarios o de garantía general emitidos por establecimientos de crédito, salvo que el respectivo emisor cuente con una calificación de emisor o contraparte vigente al momento de la emisión. En este último caso, la calificación de la emisión será voluntaria”.
