"Artículo 20 . Del periodo libre de almacenamiento de la mercancía del terminal. La carga de importación, de exportación o de cabotaje que se deposite en el terminal tendrá derecho al almacenamiento libre, en los términos y según los casos que prevé el Reglamento General de Aduanas número 20, o las disposiciones posteriores que lo modifiquen, sustituyan o deroguen. Vencidos los plazos respectivos de las disposiciones reglamentarias, la mercancía estará sujeta al derecho de bodegaje que esté en vigencia.
