Artículo noveno . El Director de Núcleo de Desarrollo Educativo .depende administrativamente del Jefe de Distrito, sus funciones serán establecidas por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional y su nombramiento que se hará por el Gobernador, Intendente, Comisario y Alcalde Mayor de Bogotá, deberá llevar la firma del Delegado Regional del Ministro de Educación como certificación de que se han cumplido todos los requisitos legales y reglamentarios.
