° Para poder cumplir adecuadamente con los fines determinados en el artículo anterior, el Consejo de la Economía Nacional tendrá un secretariado permanente y un cuerpo de técnicos especialistas en los problemas económicos y fiscales. Dicho secretariado funcionará como dependencia del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
