Vigencia y renovación del registro. El registro en el Ministerio de Comunicaciones de las salas y exhibidores tendrá una vigencia de dos (2) años. Para su renovación se requerirá presentar antes de la expiración de su vigencia los documentos a que se refiere el artículo anterior, debidamente actualizados.

Decreto 1156 de 1988 · por el cual se reglamentan el artículo 15 de la Ley 55 de 1985, el artículo 6° del Decreto-ley 2529 de 1987 y el artículo 8° del Decreto-ley 129 de 1976, en relación con el control de asistencia a las salas de exhibición cinematográfica, el registro de las salas de cine y exhibidores, el Fondo de Fomento Cinematográfico y se dictan otras disposiciones.
