Artículo primero. Apruébanse los estatutos de la universidad Pedagógica Nacional de Bogotá, cuyo texto es el siguiente: ACUERDO NUMERO 68 DE 1979 (junio 21) por el cual se adoptan los estatutos de la Universidad Pedagógica Nacional. El Consejo Directivo de la Universidad Pedagógica Nacional, en ejercicio de las atribuciones que le confieren los artículos 26 del Decreto 1050 de 1968 y 7° del Decreto 3153 del mismo, año, acuerda:
