Derechos de explotación. En la operación por intermedio de terceros, los derechos de explotación serán, como mínimo, del diecisiete por ciento (17%) de los ingresos brutos del juego, con arreglo a lo dispuesto en los artículos 7°, 8° y 49 de la Ley 643 de 2001. (Art. 34 Decreto 3034 de 2013)
