Objeto. El presente Capítulo tiene como objeto establecer la metodología actuarial que debe ser aplicada por las Administradoras y Reconocedoras de Pensión y la Unidad de Gestión Pensional y Parafiscales (UGPP), para efectuar el cálculo de la reserva actuarial que deberán pagar los empleadores que incurran en omisión en la vinculación o afiliación de sus trabajadores al Sistema General de Pensiones y de los trabajadores independientes que incurran en las mismas conductas.
