Los dineros que la Nación pague al Municipio de Cali en cumplimiento de esta Ley se invertirán preferencialmente en construcciones de vivienda para barrios obreros, o en fomento de construcciones escolares, o en campañas de salubridad o higiene, en la forma que lo disponga el Concejo de Cali.
