º. Para el cobro de los impuesto a una sucesión, tendrá el valor de plena prueba sobre la calidad de asignatario, la certificación dada por el Administrador, Recaudador de Impuestos o Jefe de liquidación, expedida con base en los reconocimientos efectuados en el respectivo juicio de sucesión.
