Las libranzas autorizadas por el artículo 1º del presente Decreto, podrán ser adquiridas y poseídas por las compañías de seguros para completar las inversiones obligatorias de que trata el artículo 2º,

de la Ley 45 de 1942, y Decreto 2826 de 1942.
