Información De Mujeres Y Hombres Cabeza De Familia

Ley 2115 de 2021 · Por la cual se crean garantías de acceso a servicios financieros para mujeres y hombres cabeza de familia, se adiciona la Ley 82 de 1993 modificada por la Ley 1232 de 2008 y se dictan otras disposiciones.

El Departamento Nacional de Planeación (DNP), dispondrá la información sobre· mujeres y hombres cabeza de familia, derivada de las herramientas existentes a su cargo.

Parágrafo

El Departamento Nacional de Planeación (DNP), presentará un informe anual ante las Comisiones Séptimas del Senado de la República y de la Cámara de Representantes, contentivo de las cifras y la información que manejan sobre mujeres y hombres cabeza de familia, con el fin de crear acciones y estrategias para dicha población.
