Art. 3.° Por la Sección de Contabilidad del Despacho de Hacienda se cortará la cuenta de los capítulos y artículos del Presupuesto de Gastos que correspondan á los asuntos indicados, en la fecha de la publicación del presente Decreto, y se pasarán los saldos al Ministerio de Obras Públicas, para que en la misma fecha puedan abrirse los libros en dicho Ministerio. Comuníquese á quienes corresponda y publíquese.
