Los asilados o refugiados titulares de visa especial de residente, no podrán realizar actividades, que atenten en forma directa o indirecta contra el Gobierno de su país, o que puedan perturbar las relaciones diplomáticas de Colombia con cualquier nación. Así mismo, quedarán sometidos al control que determine la División de Extranjería del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad, incluyendo la fijación de zonas en las cuales no les será permitido establecer domicilio o residencia.
