Defensa oficiosa. Los abogados al servicio del Ramo de Defensa, cuando así lo autoricen el Ministro de Defensa, el Comandante General de las Fuerzas Militares y Comandantes de Fuerza, podrán representar jurídicamente a los Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares sindicados por delitos de competencia de la justicia ordinaria, siempre que la comisión de tales delitos se haya originado en actos relacionados con el servicio.
