Articulo 1º El Ministerio de Guerra, por medio de resoluciones ministeriales dispondrá, cuando lo juzgue necesario, la expedición de pasajes para el personal que ingrese al servicio con destino a las guarniciones de climas insalubres con el carácter de empleados de manejo, armeros, enfermeros y obreros a jornal.
