Fijase para el Secretario General y Vicepresidente de TELECOM la suma de catorce mil setecientos pesos ($ 14.700.00) de sueldo mensual. El Secretario General y los Vicepresidentes tendrán derecho a gastos de representación en la cuantía y forma que a continuación se expresa

Para el Secretario General la suma de cuatro mil quinientos pesos ($ 4 500.00) mensuales.

Para los Vicepresidentes, hasta, cuatro mil quinientos pesos mensuales ($ 4.500.00), los que serán determinados por la Junta Directiva teniendo en cuenta la experiencia estudios y competencia especial de quien desempeña el cargo.
