Article 15

El Certificado De Votación De Que Trata La Última Parte Del Parágrafo Del Artículo 101 De La Ley Será Expedid O Por Los Delegados Del Registrador Nacional, A Solicitud Del Interesado, Quien Podrá Presentar La Directamente A Estos Funcionarios O Por Conducto Del Registrador Municipal Respectivo Este Certificado Se Expedirá En Un, Término No Mayor De Tres Días, Contados A Partir De La Fecha En Que Haya Sido Recibida La Solicitud Por El Funcionario Correspondiente So Pena De Incurrir Éste En Causal De Mala Conducta, Sancionar Da Con La Pérdida Del Empleo

El certificado de votación de que trata la última parte del

Parágrafo

del artículo 101 de la ley será expedid o por los Delegados del Registrador Nacional, a solicitud del interesado, quien podrá presentar la directamente a estos Funcionarios o por conducto del Registrador Municipal respectivo Este certificado se expedirá en un, término no mayor de tres días, contados a partir de la fecha en que haya sido recibida la solicitud por el funcionario correspondiente so pena de incurrir éste en causal de mala conducta, sancionar da con la pérdida del empleo.
