Si el día en que se causa el siguiente pago de servicio de deuda del contrato de empréstito BID-540/OC-CO, no se ha perfeccionado la cesión a la Nación de dicho contrato, la Nación-Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, pagará por cuenta de Isagen S. A., ESP, las obligaciones de pago a cargo de ésta.
