Con base en los recursos de que trata el artículo anterior, ábranse los siguientes créditos en el Presupuesto General de la Nación para la vigencia fiscal del año 2002, en la suma de cuarenta y siete mil seiscientos trece millones trescientos cincuenta y nueve mil quinientos noventa y siete pesos ($47.613.359.597) moneda legal según el siguiente detalle:
