Los Gerentes de los organismos ejecutores de carácter municipal, tendrán la calidad de empleados públicos. Serán nombrados para un periodo de dos años por el Director General de Insfopal, de terna presentada por el Consejo Directivo en la cual incluirá el nombre del gerente en ejercicio. Estos Gerentes podrán ser removidos en cualquier momento por el Director General de Insfopal, cuando la necesidad del servicio así lo exigiere, previa comprobación de tal necesidad. Si veinte días después de presentarse la vacante definitiva del cargo de Gerente del Consejo Directivo no hubiere enviado la respectiva terna, el Director General del Instituto nombrará al Gerente por el resto del periodo.
