º. Además de las causales previstas en el artículo 43 del Decreto 1815 de 1992, procederá la suspensión del permiso o tarjeta de operación a los propietarios o poseedores de vehículos, cuando haya cesación o alteración en la prestación del servicio público de transporte terrestre de carga.
